Monday Night Football Best Prop Picks

The key to winning a few Bears Rams prop bets tonight harks back to the 1981 one-hit wonder by German synth band Trio – a song titled ‘Da Da Da.’

As in ‘Da’ for David Montgomery, ‘Da’ for Darrell Henderson and ‘Da’ for Darnell Mooney. Now, once you get that annoying Trio ditty out of your head after watching the video, read on for a trio of winning prop bets.

Check out my Monday Night Football betting analysis on this game as well. Lines courtesy of BetRivers, they have hundreds of props and in-game betting options.

David Montgomery Anytime TD Scorer +110

Montgomery has become the focal point of the Bears offense. He has at least 10 carries and 3 targets in every single game this season, and his usage is increasing each game. He had 19 carries and 5 targets in the Bears win over the Panthers last week.

Montgomery only has 2 TDs on the season, but I think that’s going to change on Monday Night. The Rams own the 21st ranked DVOA rush defense versus the 11th ranked pass defense. The Bears would be smart to attack the Rams on the ground, as they have struggled against running backs all season.

Jalen Ramsey will be shadowing Allen Robinson all game, which will make it tough for Nick Foles to try and target him in the end zone. It’s rare to get a starting RB with this type of value for anytime TD, so don’t overthink this one.

Darrell Henderson OVER 57.5 Receiving Yards

It looks like Henderson will be the lead RB for the Rams going forward, as they were going with a RB by committee with Cam Akers and Malcolm Brown to start the season. Henderson had 14 carries for 88 yards last week against the 49ers.

The Bears defense has given up its fair share of rushing yards this season. The defense as whole has been stellar, but they have struggled at times against running backs. They own the 11th ranked DVOA rush defense, compared to a 2nd ranked DVOA pass defense. The Rams will be attacking the Bears on the ground early and often, and Henderson has eclipsed 58 rushing yards in 3 of his last 5 games.

Darnell Mooney OVER 34.5 Receiving Yards

Mooney has been a pleasant surprise for the Bears this season, and a very nice find in the 5th round. He has 160 receiving yards and 1 TD on the season.

I am expecting Allen Robinson to get plenty of attention in this game, opening the door for a big game from Mooney. He has eclipsed 35 yards in 4 of his 6 games played this season, and is becoming more comfortable in the Bears offense each and every game. I think Mooney has a breakout game on Monday Night.
