Dolphins activate LB Sam Eguavoen from COVID-19 list
The Miami Dolphins activated linebacker Sam Eguavoen from the reserve/COVID-19 list on Friday.
Eguavoen, 28, was placed on the list on Wednesday.
He played in all 32 games for the Dolphins in the last two seasons, making seven starts and registering 51 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.
Eguavoen played three seasons in the CFL (2016-18) before signing with the Dolphins. He also spent a brief time on the reserve/COVID-19 list in August 2020.
The Dolphins waived cornerback Terrell Bonds in a corresponding transaction. Bonds, 25, played in four games (one start) and made six tackles with the Baltimore Ravens last season.
