Rams 49ers Prop Bets: Mostert, Goff, Samuel Picks

Raheem Mostert dominates, Deebo Samuel continues to struggle, and Jared Goff shines on Sunday Night Football. Here are our favorite Rams 49ers props and best bets for the San Francisco vs LA Rams matchup here in Week 6.

Raheem Mostert OVER 72.5 rushing yards

Mostert looks like he is back to form, after having an impressive game last week. Even with the 49ers getting blown out, Mostert still had 90 yards on 11 carries last week against the Miami Dolphins.

The 49ers are going to need Mostert in this game. They will be without Tevin Coleman, and Jeff Wilson is questionable, so Mostert has lead back duties secured for this game. I am expecting him to get between 15-20 carries, which should be plenty enough to go over 72.5 rushing yards.

The Rams run defense has been their overall weakest link, as they have the 23rd ranked DVOA rushing defense through five weeks. With Jimmy Garappolo struggling last week, I think Kyle Shanahan will do everything he can to get Mostert going in this game.

Deebo Samuel UNDER 42.5 receiving yards

Deebo Samuel has struggled in his sophomore campaign after a terrific rookie season. Injuries have derailed his start to the season, as he has only played in two out of the first give games.

Deebo will be in tough against one of the better passing defenses in the NFL. The Rams quietly own the 3rd best DVOA passing defense in the NFL, and only give up an average of 224 passing yards per game.

He has struggled in the two games he has played. He has yet to eclipse 43 yards receiving in a single game this season, and his season high in a game is 35 against the Eagles. With the 49ers thin at WR, I expect Jalen Ramsey to be following Deebo around for the majority of the game. This is a tough matchup for Samuel.

Jared Goff OVER 274.5 passing yards

The Rams are 4-1 to start the season, and a lot of that has to do with the play of Jared Goff. Jared has a completion percentage of 71.7, and 8 TDs thus far.

The 49ers own the 6th best DVOA rushing defense, which should force Sean McVay to throw the ball more in this game.

Goff has eclipsed 274 passing yards in three of his five games, and in one of those games he had 264. The 49ers have struggled against the pass this year, especially without Richard Sherman. Look for Goff to get over 30 attempts in this game, lining him up nicely to eclipse 274 yards.
