Report: Saints claim WR Kumerow off waivers from Bills

The New Orleans Saints claimed wide receiver Jake Kumerow off waivers Friday, NFL Network reported.

Kumerow caught a touchdown pass for Buffalo last Saturday but was waived by the Bills on Thursday.

His 22-yard touchdown in the 48-19 win against the Denver Broncos was his first reception in six games with the Bills this season.

Buffalo released him to clear room to activate wide receiver John Brown from injured reserve.

Kumerow, 28, played in 19 games (six starts) for the Green Bay Packers during the 2018 and 2019 seasons and registered 20 catches for 322 yards and two scores.
