The Green Bay Packers are bringing back tight end Marcedes Lewis on a two-year, $8 million deal, ESPN and NFL Network reported Wednesday.

The reports vary on the amount of guaranteed money Lewis will get; ESPN reports $4 million while NFL Network reports $2.1 million.

Lewis, 36, will return for his 16th season in the league and fourth with the Packers. He has played in 47 games (30 starts) for the Packers, hauling in 28 catches for 302 yards and four touchdowns.

Lewis made the Pro Bowl in 2010 with Jacksonville, when he established career highs of 58 receptions, 700 yards and 10 touchdown catches.

The Jaguars selected Lewis in the first round (No. 28 overall) of the 2006 draft. He played in 170 games (157 starts) in 12 seasons for the Jaguars, recording 375 catches for 4,502 yards and 33 TDs.
