Titans LT Lewan (shoulder) questionable to return

Tennessee Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan was carted to the locker room with a shoulder injury during the first half of Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Titans said the three-time Pro Bowl selection was questionable to return. He was replaced by Ty Sambrailo.

Lewan remained on the ground for a few minutes and was attended to by medical staff after getting caught in a pileup during the first quarter.

Lewan, 29, was making his 88th appearance (83rd start) with the Titans since they selected him with the 11th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
