One undefeated team remains from the Power Five conferences, as Mississippi State suffered its first loss of the season when the Bulldogs were unable to snag a road win in Tuscaloosa. Florida State, however, once again overcame a large deficit to beat Miami (FL) on the road and remain on path to make the inaugural College Football Playoff.
