Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley is facing a driving under the influence and reckless driving case today in Mobile, Ala.
Fairley was arrested in 2012 after being pulled over driving 100 mph.
Fairley attemped unsuccessfully to have the case dismissed.
Fairley is a pending unrestricted free agent.
