No. 2 OLB, Roquan Smith, Commits To UCLA over UGA

Roquan Smith, ranked No. 29 in ESPN 300, surprised most in the industry when he committed to UCLA over Georgia, Michigan, and Texas A&M. Smith, an outside linebacker from Montezuma, GA (Macon County High School), was heavily favored to commit to the Georgia Bulldogs. He recorded 79 tackles during his junior season.
