The NFL Players Association player representatives have decided to not vote at this time on the latest proposal from the NFL on human growth hormone testing as well as neutral arbitration.
Talks have continued, but no deal has been reached yet.
If the policies are revised, as many as 20 suspended players, including wide receivers Wes Welker and Josh Gordon, could be reinstated immediately, according to ESPN.
A vote could take place as soon as Wednesday.
The stumbling blocks: the NFL won't allow a player to challenge a positive HGH test on basis of flawed science and appeal going to third party arbitration.
