Former Miami Dolphins quarterback Pat White has retired. He retired after playing one season in the Canadian Football League with the Edmonton Eskimos. "Pat was a true professional during his time in Edmonton, on and off the field," Eskimos general manager Ed Hervey said. "We wish him much success in the future." A former Dolphins second-round pick from West Virginia, White rushed for 159 yards and scored four touchdowns in Edmonton and completed 5 of 9 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown.
White had a stint with the Washington Redskins after being cut by the Dolphins.
