The New England Patriots have brought back two-time Pro Bowl kick returner Leon Washington, according to ESPN.
Washington was cut a week ago by the Patriots after being signed to a one-year, $1.2 million contract that included a $360,000 signing bonus.
Since being cut, Washington worked out for the New York Jets and New York Giants.
Washington's new contract is now guaranteed for the entire season as a vested veteran.
