The New England Patriots have signed former Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie, according to ESPN Boston.
The Patriots have had injury issues with wide receiver Danny Amendola sidelined with a groin injury.
Collie was last with the San Francisco 49ers and recently worked out for the Tennessee Titans and San Diego Chargers.
Collie has a history of health issues, including several concussions and a ruptured patellar tendon.
He's a highly-skilled possession receiver who caught 172 passes for 16 touchdowns during a three-year span for the Colts.
