Houston Texans ended the first half against the Steelers with an unfortunate penalty. The penalty overturned a blocked field goal touchdown.
Texan’s safety Danieal Manning was called for a block in the backfield. Manning made the hit on the holder on the punt, Daniel Sepulveda, 15 yards behind the play. That would have made the score 17-0.
Jonathan Joseph was looking at a 60-yard return. That was the eighth penalty of the half.
