Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin is scheduled to undergo arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Harvin announced the procedure on his personal Twitter page.
“Recovery should be quick,” Harvin wrote. “I will be ready for OTA’s.”
Harvin made a career-high 87 receptions for 967 yards last season, scoring six touchdowns. After missing time in his first two seasons because of migraine issues, he played in all 16 regular-season games. The hope is that he has that issue under control now. From the sounds of things, the shoulder issue is very minor.
