San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers is dealing with a back injury that's not expected to sideline him Saturday against the San Francisco 49ers.
Rivers has been dealing with the back injury for the past two weeks.
Rivers has seven touchdowns and eight interceptions over the past six games.
Rivers didn't practice Wednesday, but told reporters he expects to play Saturday.
