The Oakland Raiders apparently will sign kicker Dave Rayner, according to Adam Schefter's Twitter feed.
Raiders regular kicker Sebastian Janikowski has been bothered by a hamstring injury and might not be able to play when Oakland faces the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.
