As expected, Maurice Jones-Drew won't be reporting for training camp for the Jacksonville Jaguars when it opens today, says ESPN.com.

Jones-Drew has been unhappy with his contract situation and missed all of the Jaguars' off-season work as well.

Jones-Drew led the NFL in rushing last season with 1,606 yards for a Jaguars team that had little in the way of a passing attack to help key opposing teams from keying on him.

But the Jaguars are hesitant to rework the deal of a player who is still just 27 years old and should have some good years left, but has two years remaining on his current deal at approximately $9 million in total value.
