Fresh off the signing of Matt Flynn the Seattle Seahawks are seeking some targets for their new quarterback to utilize.

That is why the team hosted a pair of veteran tight ends on free-agent visits Monday, according to Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times. Visanthe Shiancoe and Jacob Tamme made their way to the Pacific Northwest.

Shiancoe and Tamme are both skilled pass-catching tight ends and either one of them would pair well with Zach Miller. Seattle had hoped to re-sign John Carlson but he wound up commanding more money than they wanted to commit. Carlson received a $25 million, five-year deal from the Minnesota Vikings.

There are rumors that Tamme, who played with Peyton Manning previously in Indianapolis, could be ticketed for the Denver Broncos.
