The Seattle Seahawks worked out veteran tight end Tony Moeaki, according to a league source.

Per a source, the workout went well and there's a chance the Seahawks will sign him to a contract.

Moeaki was last with the Buffalo Bills before reaching a three-week injury settlement following a hamstring pull. He recently worked out for the New York Giants.

Last year, the Kansas City Chiefs waived Moeaki from injured reserve with an injury settlement.

Moeaki fractured his scapula during the preseason against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Moeaki caught 47 passes for 556 yards and three touchdowns as a rookie.

In 2012, Moeaki caught 33 passes for 453 yards and a touchdown.
