Idaho is a sparsely populated, fairly remote state without professional sports teams. Depending on whether Idaho residents live in the north or south of the state, they may be fans of Washington State teams like Seattle Seahawks or Oregon teams such as Portland Trail Blazers

But in college football, the Boise State Broncos are a well-established national name that would attract football bettors.  On the college basketball side, the Idaho State Bengals and Idaho Vandals compete in the Big Sky Conference.
