The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed veteran safety Will Allen, a former Steeler who was cut by the Dallas Cowboys this week, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Allen is in his 10th season.
He signed a one-year contract last spring.
Allen was starting, but was replaced after two games by J.J. Wilcox, a rookie.
Allen has nine tackles and an interception this season.
