Tennessee Titans rookie offensive tackle Taylor Lewan has opted to settle three misdemeanor assault charges rather than go to trial, according to his lawyer.
Lewan isn't expected to face jail time.
Lewan is the Titans' starting left tackle.
While at Michigan, Lewan was charged with one count of aggravated assault and two counts of assault and battery stemming from an altercation outside of a bar in Ann Arbor last winter.
Details will be disclosed at an Oct. 30 hearing.
"I can't provide any details right now," lawyer John Shea said. "There are still moving parts."
Lewan allegedly hit two men outside of a bar. Lewan said he was breaking up a fight, but that account was disputed by victims and a witness.
