The Minnesota Vikings got some good news, as an MRI came back negative on rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater's left ankle.
Bridgewater sprained the ankle during Minnesota's 41-28 victory over Atlanta on Sunday. Bridgewater had a stellar first start, throwing for 317 yards and rushing for a touchdown. He was complimented on offense by running backs Matt Asiata and Jerick McKinnon, who gashed the Falcons repeatedly.
Vikings coach Mike Zimmer addressed reporters about Bridgewater's MRI and said that there's a chance he could be ready for Thursday night's game against Green Bay.
