Tennessee Titans tight end Craig Stevens underwent surgery today to repair a torn quadriceps tendon.

He's expected to be placed on injured reserve by the end of the week.

Stevens is a strong blocker who's started 61 of 93 career games.

With Stevens out, the Titans hope to plug in Taylor Thompson.
