Following a 2-14 season, the Titans are adding the Pro Football Hall of Famer.
LeBeau will work in tandem with Titans defensive coordinator Ray Horton.
Horton played and coached under LeBeau for 19 years.
LeBeau parted ways with the Pittsburgh Steelers after his 13th season as defensive coordinator.
LeBeau, 77, is the architect of the zone blitz.
The Titans ranked 27th in total defense last season.
The Steelers finished in the top five in the NFL in total defense in 10 of LeBeau's 13 seasons as defensive coordinator.
