The Minnesota Vikings corrected a mistake Tuesday.
They cut wide receiver Mike Wallace, saving $11.25 million against the salary cap.
The former Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins wide receiver struggled after being traded to Minnesota from Miami for a seventh-round pick.
He caught just 39 passes for 473 yards and two touchdowns.
Wallace went to the Pro Bowl in 2011.
The Dolphins signed him to a five-year, $60 million deal, but it didn't work out.
