Ryan Tannehill, quarterback, Texas A&M (6-4, 222)
In my mind, Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill is a franchise quarterback. He can make all the throws, is a “plus” athlete and is only starting to scratch the surface of his potential. But, he does need to do a better job of deciphering information. However, with some time, I think he could mature into one of the league's top signal-callers.
