Baltimore Ravens Nose Tackle Kelly Gregg will undergo micro-fracture knee surgery by Dr. James Andrews tomorrow to correct a left knee problem. Gregg had his knee scoped in August and has been unable to play so far in 2008.
A nine year veteran out of the University of Oklahoma, Gregg ranks second on the Ravens’ all-time tackles list with 618. In addition, he has the most tackles for any interior lineman (398) in the NFL since 2002.
All of us here at the National Football Post wish Kelly a quick recovery.

Kelly Gregg is the most talented D-lineman on a very talented defense. He’ll definitely be missed. The team has responded well in his absence, especially Haloti Ngata, but think about how good they would be with Kelly still in the mix?
