Browns cut Jim Dray, Randy Starks

The Cleveland Browns cut tight end Jim Dray and defensive lineman Randy Starks. Dray joined the Browns as an unrestricted free agent in 2014. In his two seasons with Cleveland, he played in all 32 games with 16 starts, collecting 23 receptions for 303 yards with one touchdown. Last season, he posted six catches for 61 yards. After signing with Cleveland in 2015, Starks started all 15 games played last season, registering 29 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery.
