The Carolina Panthers worked out former University of Texas wide receiver Mike Davis, according to a league source. The free agent has previous stints with the Oakland Raiders and Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. The Dallas native, a former four-star recruit and prep All-American, caught 200 passes for the Longhorns for 2,753 yards and 18 touchdowns.
