Titans sign Rishard Matthews to three-year deal

Matthews is an upgrade for Tennessee. He'll be paired with Kendall Wright and Dorial Green-Beckham. Follow me on Twitter: @AaronWilson_NFL Aaron Wilson covers the Texans for The Houston Chronicle.
