Sources: Dan Campbell now free to seek other jobs, Vikings, Cowboys, Chargers inquired about him

Former Miami Dolphins interim head coach Dan Campbell has gained his release from the AFC East club and is now free to seek other job opportunities, according to league sources. The gritty former NFL tight end went 5-7 as the Dolphins' replacement for fired coach Joe Philbin. NFL teams have been making inquiries about Campbell. That includes the Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys and the San Diego Chargers checking into his availability. Campbell isn't expected to have a hard time landing a job.
