Cedric Benson's three-game suspension has been reduced to one game, plus a fine, according to a source and various reports.

Benson had been given a three-game suspension for an incident that occurred during the NFL lockout and had appealed the suspension, as well as filing an unfair labor practice charge against the NFL Players Association regarding an agreement that allowed NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to discipline eight players who were repeat offenders that got into trouble during the lockout.
