The New England Patriots are working out former Dallas Cowboys inside linebacker Taylor Reed today, according to a league source.
Reed went undrafted out of Southern Methodist.
Reed runs the 40-yard dash in 4.75 seconds and bench presses 225 pounds 29 times.
He was a second-team All-Conference USA selection who recorded 88 tackles and 5 1/2 sacks last season with two interceptions.
