Haynesworth indicted for fondling breasts of waitress

One thing that has been relatively quiet during the lockout has been prolific 2010 newsmaker Albert Haynyesworth, who’s mostly stayed out of the headlines during what are likely the final months of his forgettable stay with the Washington Redskins.

Well, that changed today when a D.C. grand jury indicted the defensive tackle on a charge of misdemeanor sexual abuse, the follow-up from an incident at a hotel in February.

Haynesworth allegedly fondled the breasts of a waitress at the W hotel. According to the Washington Post, he will be arraigned May 10.

Haynesworth has also been charged with assault following an offseason road rage incident. So, even if the Redskins rid themselves of Haynesworth in the near future, he could have some extended legal issues in the area.
