Maybe there isn’t a lot of burning NFL news as we wait for training camps to kick off next month, but it was amusing Tuesday when the Dallas Cowboys sent Michael Vick birthday wishes.
The Cowboys sent out a tweet that read “Happy Birthday Michael Vick from #CowboysNation we can't wait til November, can you?!?” The icing on the cake – or message in this instance – was a photo of Vick being sacked by Cowboys outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware.
Nothing like a little trash talking in late June to get you fired up for an NFC East showdown in November.
Vick turned 32. He will face the Cowboys for the first time on Nov. 11 when the Eagles host their rivals at Lincoln Financial Field.
