Source: Titans host Timmy Jernigan, Shaquil Barrett

The Tennessee Titans hosted Florida State defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan and Colorado State linebacker Shaquil Barrett for visits, according to a league source.

Jernigan is regared as the top-ranked defensive tackle in this year's draft class. A 6-2, 292-pound lineman, Jernigan had 53 total tackles and 4.5 sacks during his junior season. He had a season-best nine tackles in the BCS National Championship against Auburn.

Jernigan, a projected first-rounder, declared for the draft following his junior season.

Barrett had 161 tackles and 12 sacks in 2013. He's a potential mid-round pick.
