Quinn Johnson has been downgraded from doubtful for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers to out for the season.
On Saturday, the Titans placed their fullback on injured reserve with a quadriceps injury, one that comes on the heels of a hamstring injury that kept him out of the final two preseason games.
To replace him in the lineup and on the roster, the Titans promoted fullback Collin Mooney, a former West Point standout, from their practice squad.
