Dre Kirkpatrick, cornerback, Alabama (6-3, 192)
The Bengals had a need a corner and filled it with, in my view, the draft’s second best corner prospect. Kirkpatrick isn’t the most sudden/explosive athlete, but he’s a smooth coverman with the physicality to mature into a solid press corner. His bread and butter will always be as an zone/cover two type player. Add in the fact that he might be the draft's best tackling cornerback and you get a solid value at this stage.
