<p> The Detroit Lions placed wide receiver Golden Tate and pass rusher Ziggy Ansah on the physically unable to perform list.</p> <p> Ansah tore his biceps and injured his shoulder in December and had offseason surgery. He led the Lions with eight sacks as a rookie.</p> <p> Tate injured his shoulder and was sidelined for a minicamp.</p> <p> The Lions also placed rookie wide receiver T.J.
