Cecil Shorts to Texans on two-year, $6 million deal
The Houston Texans have signed former Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts to a two-year, $6 million contract, according to a league source.
He caught 53 passes for 557 yards and one touchdown last season. In 2012, Shorts caught 55 passes for 979 yards and seven touchdowns.
