Chad Johnson will have to wait another week for his hearing regarding accusations of violating his probation, according to the Associated Press.

Johnson is accused of missing a meeting with his probation officer, something he says is a misunderstanding. He was originally arrested on a domestic assault change for head-butting his then-wife Evelyn Lozada. Johnson pleaded no contest to the charge.

Prosecutors said they want to seek jail time for Johnson for the violaiton. That decision will rest in the hands of a judge now on June 10.
