Bengals add RB Mixon (chest) to injury report
The Cincinnati Bengals added running back Joe Mixon to the injury report Saturday, one day before the team plays host to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Mixon was listed as questionable with a chest injury after not appearing on the injury report all week. He had been a full participant in practice.
The fourth year running back has 164 yards on the ground on 52 carries in three games this season without a touchdown. He had 69 yards in the season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers, but has not reached 50 yards since. He has seven catches for 58 yards.
Mixon has rushed for 3,095 yards and 17 touchdowns in his four seasons with the Bengals. He also has 115 receptions for 928 yards and four TDs.
The Bengals (0-2-1) already have announced that linebacker Logan Wilson (concussion) and defensive tackle Geno Atkins (shoulder) will not play on Sunday.
