Buccaneers sign QB Rosen to practice squad
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed former Miami Dolphins and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen to their practice squad Tuesday.
Rosen, the No. 10 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, was released by the Dolphins on Saturday.
He was 0-3 as a starter for the Dolphins in 2019, completing 53.2 percent of his passes for 567 yards with one touchdown and five interceptions.
Rosen compiled a 3-10 record with the Cardinals in 2018, completing 55.2 percent of his throws for 2,278 yards with 11 TDs and 14 picks.
Tom Brady is the starter for Tampa Bay, with Blaine Gabbert opening the season as the backup and Ryan Griffin as the No. 3 quarterback.
