The Buffalo Bills signed rookie linebacker Mike Balogun off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' practice squad and promoted wide receiver Paul Hubbard from the practice squad, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation.

They take the place of linebacker Andra Davis and wide receiver Roscoe Parrish, who have been placed on injured reserve.

Under NFL rules, Balogun is guaranteed to be on the Bills' roster for at least three weeks because he was signed off another team's practice squad.

Balogun has previous stints with the San Francisco 49ers and the Washington Redskins.

Balogun played collegiately at Oklahoma.

A former Cleveland Browns sixth-round draft pick from Wisconsin, Hubbard was with the Oakland Raiders last season on their practice squad.

Hubbard is a 6-foot-3, 225-pounder who was cut by Oakland in August.

Meanwhile, the Bills worked out wide receivers Montez Billings and Michael Jones and running backs Jehuu Caulrick and running back Jerome Johnson.
