Cornerback making fast progress Aaron Wilson
OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Last week, Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh declared that cornerback Fabian Washington was ahead of schedule in his rehabilitation from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Today, Washington got good news from his surgeon, Dr. James Andrews.
Andrews informed Washington that he should be ready by training camp, the cornerback indicated on his Twitter account.
"Dr. Andrews told me I'm doing great and I'll be ready for camp," Washington wrote.
Washington tore his ACL in the second half of last season.
Cornerback Lardarius Webb, who tore his ACL against the Chicago Bears last season, is also ahead of schedule and was backpedaling and cutting during last week's organized team activity.
