The NFL has reviewed hard-hitting Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker Jerome Harrison's body slam of Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young, and the verdict is in.
Harrison has been fined $5,000 by the league office.
Titans coach Jeff Fisher said Monday he thought that Harrison should have been penalized for unnecessary roughness, but the former NFL Defensive Player of the Year wasn't flagged.
Harrison was named the AFC Defensive Player of the Week, recording 11 tackles, two sacks, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery and a tackle for a loss.
