Mount Cody is getting smaller.

University of Alabama nose guard Terrence Cody was down to 349 pounds today at the Crimson Tide campus Pro Day workout.

According to his agent, Alvin Keels, Cody weighed in at 348 pounds and bench pressed 225 pounds 32 times.

He was five pounds heavier than that at the NFL scouting combine and 370 pounds at the Senior Bowl.

Meanwhile, cornerback Javier Arenas was unable to work out due to a pulled hamstring suffered at the scouting combine when he ran the 40-yard dash.

Former Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns scout Daniel Jeremiah says that linebacker Rolando McClain clocked a respectable 4.74.

"About what most scouts thought he would run," writes Jeremiah, author of the Moving the Sticks' blog. "Won't affect his status either way."

McClain is projected to go in the middle of the first round. McClain is also conducting another workout on March 30.

Every NFL team was represented, including two NFL head coaches in Tom Coughlin and John Fox.
