The Pittsburgh Steelers have re-signed veteran safety Will Allen, according to his agent, Blake Baratz.

Allen has previous stints with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Dallas Cowboys.

The former Ohio State standout has recorded six career interceptions and four forced fumbles.

Allen, 31, had 43 tackles, two interceptions and one forced fumble last season, splitting the season between the Cowboys and Steelers.
